About
My passion during many years of clinical practice has been to support people in their journey towards health and happiness. It is an integral part of who I am. I have expanded my knowledge and skills in key areas in order to treat each individual as a whole. In my experience, Acupuncture, Alexander Technique and Meditation are a powerful combination.
From that time I continued to study with different teachers and doctors in China and in the West to deepen my knowledge of Chinese Medicine and different styles of Acupuncture.
In 2004 I began my studies in Alexander Technique and since 2015 I have been teaching at the Alexander Technique School in St Leonards, as well as my own clinic in Sydney and now at World of Wellbeing. Alexander Technique is a unique method of improving freedom of movement, balance and co-ordination in the body. It involves a process of ‘unlearning’ and changing physical, emotional and mental habits of daily activity. By educating the body and mind to operate with minimal effort, a person is able to experience a natural state of greater freedom and ease, which flows through every aspect of a person’s day-to-day life.
Meditation is another technique that has been a constant and reliable companion in my life and in my clinic. It is so often overlooked and underestimated in the search for health and wellness. Meditation is so effective at bringing about a deep and lasting transformation on all levels of the mind, body and spirit. I have been a meditator for over twenty years and for more than ten years I have been running meditation classes.
Over the years I have treated thousands of clients with a whole range of health conditions. It gives me great joy to see my clients healthier, happier and with a growing clarity of who they are.
I am a husband and father to two delightful children.
I am a RegisteredAcupuncturist with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA), a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and the Australian Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (AUSTAT).
I look forward to assisting you achieve your health goals.

My journey in Natural Therapies began in 1996, when I completed studies in Reflexology. I then taught Shiatsu to children in schools while pursuing my deep interest in Chinese Medicine. In 2001, I graduated from the Medi-Cin College, Tel Aviv, with a four-year Diploma in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. I then undertook an internship in the Zhejiang Provincial Hospital in Hangzhou, China. Before moving to Australia, I conducted a successful clinical practice in Israel where I continued to expand my knowledge by completing two post-graduate courses in ancient esoterical acupuncture and western medical pathologies.
